With a non-ideal finish in 2025, Lakes girls pole vault comes into the 2026 season striving for greatness in hopes to return to their winning ways. Freshman Bryn Garnier comes in as one of the most distinguished and skillful competitor lakes pole vault has seen in awhile. Senior teammate Isabella Aya describes Garnier as “humble, and someone who pushes her everyday.” The relationship between the pole vaulting team is strong and is described as “family”. With strong bonds, paired with highly talented athletes; the team has all the pieces to soar through the air and into the state finals.
