The Lakes boys golf have been hitting their way to the green with a record of 6-2. Mr. Naughton is on his 5th year of getting to victory. Adam Nuxoll (SR.), Bradley Bies (JR.), Logan McCann (SR.) And Jayden Medina (SO.) are back and ready for the season. Chance Andell is playing on varsity as a sophomore and hopes to get far. All the boys on the team put in the time and dedication over the summer trying to get better. On September 9, Saturday the boys won the Roger Alm invitational with a score of 321. Bies won first with a score of 76. Nuxoll got second with a score of 77. And Medina got 3rd place with a score of 78. The boys have started their season extremely well and hope to improve more towards the end. We would like to see more hole in one’s to get these scores lower and to see the boys take more W’s at their future matches.
