Pop Smoke Murdered

On February 19th up to and coming rapper Pop Smoke was murdered in cold blood in his newly bought L.A. mansion. The shooting was believed to be a robbery, but later surveillance footage shows that this was indeed a targeted hit after it was found that the intruders did not take a single piece of property. This couldn’t have come at a worse time for Pop Smoke after his 2nd mixtape was released only a week before, on February 12th. The mixtape appears to be charting on the top billboard 100. Pop Smoke hails from Brooklyn, and makes sure his following knows, chanting proudly in his songs about the various aspects of the crime in Brooklyn. Over the media, dozens of Celebrities share there moments with the passed rapper. 50 Cent speaking out on Instagram saying “No such thing without Jealousy, treachery comes from those who are close. R.i.P”. With 50 Cent also being a New York native, his words carried special weight.
