I enjoy listening to discussions in class and following along with lessons, but when it comes to participating, do not call on me.

  • If I do not have my hand raised, then I promise you that I do not know the answer to the question that you are asking.
  • I have a sweating problem to begin with, but now you just made me start sweating worse than I was before. Now I have sweat stains and I need to use my emergency shirt.
  • Thank you for causing kids to laugh at my beet red face. It really means alot to me when you catch me off guard because you think that I am not paying attention.
  • Most of the time I am paying attention you just think that I am not. Then you call me out and I answer your question correctly and now look where we are. You are embarrassed and I feel somewhat good, but I’m sweating again and my face is red because I just embarrassed you. It is a lose-lose situation.
  • Also when you call on me to answer the question and I say I do not know, I really do not know. Do not tell me to think about it more, I still will not know the answer.
